DR. OTHON O. NOEL
Senior Pastor
Rev. Dr. Othon O. Noel was born at Anse d’Hainault in the Department of Grande Anse in the Southern of Haiti. He is the son of a minister, who was a pioneer of the church of God in the southern part of Haiti Dr. Noel was raised in a Christian family. At a very young age, he accepted Christ as his personal Savior and dedicated his life to God’s will, and the work of His kingdom.

2 Timothy 2:15: teaches us to “Study to show thyself approved unto God.” Dr. Noel is an advocate for Education he believes that we need to reach the highest levels of education and let God use us as a tool for His glory. Rev. Dr. Noel is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God Organization in Cleveland, TN. Dr. Othon Noel attended and graduated from the Seminary and respectively earned his BA, Master in Theology, and a Doctorate in Divinity and Doctorate in Ministry. To continue with his vision towards educating others he founded the Horeb School of Ministry in 1995.

In his years of Christian service, Dr. Othon Noel is the founder and Senior Pastor of the Church of God Christian Life Center of Boston from 1975- until present. He currently serves as Chairman of the National Haitian Convention Board; he is a member of the Black Ministerial Alliance (BMAOGB), member of the Fellowship of Haitian Evangelical Pastors of New England (FOHEPONE) as well as an active member of AACC. Rev. Noel has a passion to help those in need with that desire to serve he founded the Christian Outreach Community Center in 1992 and continues to provide services to the Haitian and the community at large.
Rev. Dr. Othon O. Noel is married to Rev. Dr. Marie L. Noel and is the father of four children: Phil M. Noel, Ketsia E., Ketura L. and Rebecca A. Noel, and his daughter in law Cephie A. Noel. He is also grandfather to Faith Lillian Noel, Kehdary D. & Kehdyn D. Noel. Rev. Noel is committed to the call upon his life and the ministry that God entrusted upon him.

He uses his ministry to win souls at any cost, and to encourage those who wish to be touched by the Holy Spirit. He has made himself a servant unto all so that he could “gain them all in the name of Jesus.” His purpose in life is to seek God with his whole heart and to build his goals around God’s priorities.
REV. DR. MARIE NOEL
Associate Pastor
Rev. Dr. Marie Lourdes Noel, of Boston Massachusetts, is a sought-after crusade and seminar speaker. She is well known in the Church of God Organization and around the world, as a woman of prayer, faith, and generosity. The daughter of the late Church of God preacher, Rev. Loraure Morisset, of Port-au prince, Haiti, Marie grew up with firsthand experience of ministerial work, and is an exceptionally equipped and effective teacher.

In her years of Christian service, Dr. Marie Noel has served as Associate Pastor, Evangelist, State Youth Board Member, Treasurer, and National Haitian Convention Secretary. Presently, Dr. Noel serves on the State Ladies Ministry Board, Sunday School Teacher and Superintendent, Bible Institute Teacher, Christian Education Representative of the Haitian Ministries, Southern New England Executive Office and World Mission Representative for Bahamas, Santo-Domingo, Haiti and Africa.

She is the wife of Rev. Dr. Othon O. Noel, the mother of four children: Phil Noel, Ketsia Noel, Ketura Noel, and Rebecca Denis and her daughter-in-law Cephie Noel; and the grandmother to three amazing grandchildren: Faith, Kehdary & Kehdyn.
